Calling Party Advised He Witnessed an Individual Fall into the 4 Hills Diversion Channel. AFR is Staging at Various Locations in an Attempt to Locate the Individual.
A Code Raft Alert has been Dispatched. Victim in the Water.

A 2nd Individual has just been reported in the Water. Last seen at the Hahn Arroyo.

1900 HRS; UPDATE;
One Victim has just Passed the Morningside Team.
Also, A Rope Rescue is now being Attempted to Rescue an Individual Holding on the the Bridge at Washington and Cutler.
This is in Addition to the 2 Individuals that are in the Arroyo.
A Rescue is being Attempted at Menaul.

Menaul Division has a Visual of a Subject in the Water.
Attempting Rescue. Debris. No Patient.
At this time there are 2 Individuals in the Water
One, An Native American Adult Male. Wearing Black Shirt.
A Second is a White Male. 40 Years old, with Back Pack.
Units are Swift Water Ready Downstream from Menaul Arroyo.

1930 hrs UPDATE ON Arroyo Rescue Operations;
As of 1830 Hrs. No Victims have been Spotted Up to Menaul Teams Location. Water is at 3 ft. Rubning

All Teams above the Menaul Division have been Cleared to Discontinue Search.
Teams From Menaul Down to Akameda Continue to Stage for Swift Water Rescue.

7/7/19 @0800 hrs. Final Report on Swift Water Rescue Operations.
Shortly after 1800 Hrs on Saturday 2 Individuals were scene Falling in or Already in The Arroyo and Hahn Channel.
Both Individuals were Spotted Downstream from where they were 1st seen Entering the Water. Although Various Rescue Attempt’s were Made, Teams were unable to Extricate the Victims from the Rushing Water.
After more then 3 Hours Standing By at Various Locations Downstream, No Further Sightings of the 2 Individuals were made.
At or Around 2100 Hrs on Saturday Evening, Rescue Operations were Halted and All Fire and Rescue Personal Returned to Regular Duty.
The 2 Victims, A Native American Adult Male and Caucasian Adult Male were Not Located Despite the Efforts by AFD.
It’s Possible the 2 Individuals Managed to Get out on there own.
No Further Action Taken.
